Ox Rabbit Covid-19 Policy update (31st January 2021)
At OX RABBIT the health and safety of our team and customers is our main priority.
As a business working within the food industry we have, and always will follow FSANZ practices to the highest degree, as well as working closely with the Environmental Health & Safety Officer of Town of Cambridge.
In addition to this we have now also put in extra safety measures for our team and customers.
We have taken steps to ensure that we continue to operate as normal, as well as continuing to support our team and their families. We understand the trust our customers place in us when delivering to their home, or a loved one’s home, and take this responsibility seriously.
That’s why as of Monday 1st February 2021 we will only be offering Zero Contact Delivery.
The OX RABBIT driver will place the order on a safe surface at the delivery location, step back to a safe distance, then will contact the receiver to confirm that the delivery has arrived.
Ox Rabbit is continuing social distancing practices across ALL deliveries. In addition to this as of Monday 1st February 2021 we will be implementing the wearing of face masks while delivering our retail orders, commercial orders and within our bakery and offices. As well as using hand sanitiser before and after each delivery, This is in addition to our strict hand washing policy.
As we continue to understand how this will affect our community we will be there to help share some kindness, and brownies. Please continue to look after yourself, and those around you.
