Terms & Conditions

This section sets out details of OX RABBIT’s Customer Service policy for your purchases. Ordering via our website confirms that you accept all of our terms and conditions as set out below.

Orders and Delivery

We will deliver to addresses within Perth CBD, Perth metro, and outer Perth metro area, but do not currently delivery our full range to interstate or to international locations. We require a street address for delivery – unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Some remote locations cannot be serviced; however our team will do their best.

The locations we can deliver to may change from time-to-time. Please call our kitchen to find out if we deliver to your location.

The ordering options are detailed below:

For wholesale and corporate customers, please contact us so we can set up the appropriate account for you.

Please note that most of our baked products are only available in multiples of 6. This is clearly detailed with the information on each individual product.

From Monday to Friday, same day delivery is available on order’s made before 12pm. For orders made after 12pm, next day delivery can be arranged. Saturday delivery can be made available at request. Sunday delivery only available at request.

Please note that some products require more time to be made. We do our best to accommodate to the time and product preferences of customers.

Same day delivery times are as follows:

  • Business 11am – 4pm
  • Home 12 pm – 6pm

Earlier times are available at request.

Public Holidays: Please note that we are closed on public holidays. We request that our customers place orders as early as possible to ensure sufficient stock levels and to avoid disappointment. We are happy to make additional deliveries to our wholesalers, outside of your normal delivery dates, to get you over these periods.

Delivery Instructions and Acceptance

OX RABBIT prides itself on our customer service and will rectify any matter you are unsatisfied with where possible and within reason. We are not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If necessary, OX RABBIT may contact you shortly before delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time and delivery location (where reasonable) at your address.  Please ensure that your requested delivery location is free from obstructions and is otherwise in a clean and tidy state to prevent any delivery delays. At the time of delivery, you will be asked to sign a form to acknowledge that the goods were delivered in good and proper condition. Where you have requested that a representative accept delivery of the goods on your behalf, this delivery acknowledgement will be obtained by OX RABBIT from your representative.

If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member or neighbour who will be present during the delivery hours.

If delivery is unsuccessful because of circumstances out of our reasonable control, a redelivery fee of $10 will be incurred.

Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s) by the driver.

Cost of delivery

All other order incur a delivery charge calculated on a per order basis and according to your delivery address.  As an indication of delivery costs, we provide some examples below:

  • CBD– free delivery
  • Perth Inner Metro– $5 per delivery
  • Perth Outer Metro- $12 per delivery

You will have the opportunity (based on your entered delivery postcode) to view the finalised delivery charges on your order at the checkout stage before you complete your order and make payment.

Pricing, Payment & Promotions

OX RABBIT releases seasonal menus every six month. These menus are subject to price changes and accordingly we request you review each new addition of the menu.  Our website will always reflect the most recent menu and prices.


OX RABBIT takes extra care with all food allergies. We have implemented policies and extra precautions to prevent cross contamination in all our GF, NF, DF and vegan products. On request: We can mix allergy friendly items with normal items; however this is at the customer’s request only and OX RABBIT take no responsibility for cross-contamination. For allergies we recommend that the whole box is ordered free of your allergen.
